Duties

Prepare requests for parts, materials, or services. Maintain specified sets of accurate records in general supply operations. Notify part manager of critical shortages. Ensure deliveries to the appropriate work areas. Arrange transportation for receiving or storing materials.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance for access to Depot Production Computer System.
• Must obtain and maintain a Personnel Background Investigation (NACI).
• Temporary appointment may be extended in one year increments up to a maximum of three years but cannot be made permanent.
• Time Limited Detail NTE may be made or extended at management discretion.
• Temporary promotion may be made or extended up to a maximum of five years and can be made permanent without further competition.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift license.
