You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Navy Education Strategy and Policy Branch (N127) of PERS WASHINGTON.
Duties
You will be responsible for Joint Professional Military Education programs, requirements, polices for both officers and enlisted personnel.
You will advise personnel on an enlisted and officer accession program.
You will prepare written reports to facilitate decision making.
You will be responsible for Navy officer and enlisted accession policy/programs to include Reserve Officers' Training Corps, Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps, United States Naval Academy, Recruit Training Command and Officer Candidate School.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, evaluating and monitoring policy and regulation changes in military (e.g., officer and enlisted) accessions programs; 2) Communicating technical guidance for military manpower programs; 3) Evaluating budget requirements for accession programs; and 4) Utilizing varied financial management systems (i.e., Program Budget Information System (PBIS) or Corporate Automated Resources Information System (CARIS) to evaluate manpower programs.
