You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (ORDNANCE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR) in the FUZE AND WARHEAD DIVISION, WEAPONS AND ENERGETICS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will perform technical program planning by managing the resources and budgeting for all OA activities across multiple field activities for the United States Navy (USN) and United States Air Force (USAF).
You will provide liaison support and interface capability across weapon systems and related equipment for all issues that impact fleet readiness, maintenance, supply readiness, and total ownership costs.
You will recommend engineering and technical analyses as needed and make risk assessments and decisions which may include development of Statements of Work (SOWs) for test activities.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
DA-05
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to some or all of the following:1) Managing finances and funding plans; 2) Demonstrating knowledge weapons systems and related equipment; 3) Coordinating technical efforts across multiple stakeholders and activities; 4) Making risk assessments and decisions for test activities.
DA-04
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to some or all of the following: 1) Assist in supporting financial management efforts; 2) Demonstrating knowledge of weapons systems and equipment; 3) Assist in coordinating technical efforts across multiple stakeholders and activities,

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
DA-04
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
