You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the THREAT PROJ DIV, THREAT/TARGET SYS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will manage the Integrated Product Team in the performance of systems engineering, software/hardware engineering changes, maintenance and sustainment, configuration/data management, and cybersecurity of systems over the lifecycle of products.
You will develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
You will be responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of near and long-term strategic plans, leading long range strategic and business plan development, and overseeing the implementation of these plans.
You will be responsible for leading and evaluating project managers and other staff.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-05) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Managing and directing a team, as well as their progress of advanced system design and delivery; 2) Leading and monitoring technical contracts, and writing technical requirements; 3) Demonstrating experience with technology advances in threat systems, engineering, project planning, project execution, and operational support; 4) Managing project reporting and approval process, understanding cost estimation, schedule planning and project tracking; and 5) Providing presentations and briefs regarding critical budgetary and status issues to key stakeholders.
