Duties

Plan, coordinate, direct, and conduct management studies utilizing proven mathematical techniques, probability techniques, regression analysis, statistical/quantitative analysis methods, and other approved methods. Perform work-flow and work process analysis techniques and interprets data (flow charting, system/procedure analysis, work distribution, critical path). Select and use analytical tools such as confidence intervals, analysis of variances, correlation analysis, time series analysis and calculus. Serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for workforce augmentation contract(s).

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation; T1-NACI.
• Business Travel up to 10% of the time.
• One year probationary period may be required.
• This position requires incumbent to attain and maintain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) training certification. Personnel assigned to this position must obtain COR certification within six months and maintain annual recertification.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
