About the Position: You will supervise a team of technical, analytical, administrative and support staff engaged in the life-cycle program and funds management and Automated Information Systems (AIS) management of the Real Estate Division programs.
Duties
Conduct studies, reports and schedules related to financial management, program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual workplans for Real Estate Division.
Review and analyze execution of the Division's programs to ensure maximum utilization of appropriated funds.
Analyze and advise on the Real Estate Division’s acceptance and allocation of all project funds and development of annual and multi-year funding programs
Advise on information and data management to include preparation and analysis of programmatic information for Civil and Military Directorate Management Reviews, Program Management Reviews and Command Management Reviews.
Supervise the Support Services and Analytics Unit workforce and work operations, with a staff consisting of technical, analytical, administrative, and support personnel.
Translate overall workload into positions; and set priorities.
Oversee the development of the Division's initial, midyear and two outyear operating budgets.
Utilize Corps of Engineers Automated Information Systems (AIS’s), such as PROMIS, CEFMS, RMS, VCE-BI and data visualization systems to effectively manage and report project, program, and Division data.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Selectee must obtain Financial Management Certification at Level 2 (FMC02) within 24 months.
- The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes producing financial reports and cost analyses AND conducting long range fiscal planning AND providing programmatic information to management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
