Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-14, you will lead and oversee teams performing complex reviews, inspections, and evaluations that enhance the operations of the DOI. The duties include:

Minimum Qualifications GS-14:
To qualify for this position, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing all of the following:
Planning, performing, and leading complex or comprehensive reviews that assess programs or operations for efficiency, effectiveness, and risks;
Leading a team in complex projects, which includes coordinating team member assignments, reviewing work performed by others, and advising on issues encountered;
Performing research and analysis to identify major programs or operations to review as part of a comprehensive work plan; AND
Preparing written reports that summarize work performed and recommendations that enhance program or operation performance.
Education
There is no education substitute for the GS-14 level.
