This position is part of the Agency Support Operations, Government Publishing Office in Washington, District of Columbia.
Duties
Plans, establishes and implements workflow methods, makes recommendations on current practices and
procedures, and advises subordinates on the implementation of new and improved procedures.
Assess the needs of subordinates' access to automated data systems, i.e., Oracle, PROBE and
WebTA.
Conducts walk-thru’s of all work areas, during the course of an eight-hour shift at a minimum
Provides contract oversight as the Contract Officer Representative (COR) or through the assigned COR
Establishes work flow and methods, overall goals, and standards to meet and support the mission of
GPO.

To qualify for the Supervisory Distribution Facilities Specialist, PG -2030-12, you must meet the following requirements:
To qualify for the Supervisory Distribution Facilities Specialist, PG - 2030 - 12, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the PG-11 grade level in the Federal Service that includes:1) Providing oversight of inventory control and accountability.2) Providing supply support to meet production needs and deadlines and resolving supply issues.3) Inspecting the work being performed to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the carrying out of work assignments.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
