Duties

Serve as the Policy and Workforce Development Branch Chief in the Civilian Human Resources Division (CHRD), HQs, US Army Pacific (USARPAC), G1. Provide technical guidance and assistance to command/major subordinate command (MSC) staff/management officials on civilian personnel policies and programs. Strength management program manager for the command, responsible for compiling and preparing data submission for the command Quality Strength Management Report. Prepare materials in response to inquiries from a variety of sources related to command strength, accession, retention, and attrition. Participate in command Town Halls and Civilian Review Boards (CRBs). Conduct workshops and training to ensure the effective administration of the command civilian human resources management program.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
