Duties
Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Military) for the Office of the G1, Plans, Exercises and Operations (PLEX-O) Division.
Serve as Theater Evacuation Operations Coordination Center (EEOC) Chief of Accountability.
Provide support to enable mission command nodes with operational assessment capabilities in support of Contingency Operations and Real-World Emerging Requirements within the USINDOPACOM area of responsibility.
Responsible for all plans related to the timely response and utilization of Theater HR assets.
Review and recommend proposed training exercise scenario events to be included in the Master Events Scenario List (MESL).
Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO) Tracking System (NTS) training and operations expert for the Theater Evacuation Operations Coordination Center (TEOCC).
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- May be required to perform shift work 24/7 during operational contingencies and/or execution of military exercises.
- Requires performance of temporary duty assignments to support military exercises. May be required to travel by military aircraft, accompany military units in the field to train military personnel and provide support to the military unit.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing human resources support plans, manning documents, and operational orders in support of exercises; and developing and validating human resources requirements in support of exercises and contingency operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
