You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY AND PROGRAM MANAGER in the FACILITIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will develop objectives and set priorities for personnel to meet strategic directions and agency goals.
You will assess the impact of plans, policies, and resources on an organization's mission.
You will negotiate a variety of agreements with other organizations, services, or non-governmental organizations.
You will analyze data to identify problems with organizational programs.
You will coordinate the strategic planning effort for an organization on matters of funding, facilities, personnel, and schedule requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing senior advisory expertise in the development and execution of strategic plans for Navy/DoD facilities and environmental program strategies; 2) Leading a productive, dynamic workforce of a multi-mission organization to include coordinating issues with outside commands, agencies, and mission partners; 3) Executing all aspects of the facilities planning, programming, and budgeting for a large, multi-faceted organization according to established guidelines while providing optimum management strategy and solutions to problems; 4) Providing organizational representation at events, forums, with secretariat staff and congressional staff; and 5) Performing supervisory duties such as managing, organizing, directing, providing technical leadership and guidance, assigning and prioritizing work, position management, evaluating work performance of subordinates and resolving disciplinary issues for civilians, contractors, and military personnel.
