Serves as a Program Manager (Senior Advisor) for the Office of Policy, International Affairs, and Environment, National Engagement and Regional Administration, NM001.

Duties

This position serves as the Program Manager (Senior Advisor) in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Service Center Region or Region, Office of Policy, International Affairs & Environment (APL), National Engagement and Regional Administration (ARA). The position directly supports the Regional Administrator (RA) and reports directly to the Deputy Regional Administrator (DRA). The incumbent provides advice, counsel and support for assigned areas under the purview of the RA and DRA, and represents their interests in meetings with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
• Designated or Random Drug Testing required.
• Interviews may be conducted.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience: Agency organization, policies, mission, functions, and operations requirements.
