Serves as the Executive Advisor for the Western Service Area.
Duties
The position is a Program Manager who serves as an Executive Advisor to a service area Director of Air Traffic Operations. Serves as a consultant and confidential advisor to the Director on a broad range of administrative programs, policies, and procedures that support the mission, goals, and initiatives of the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Serves as liaison between ATO management officials and support organizations to resolve complex and challenging national and service areas matters/problems. Ensures services align with the philosophies and direction of the director and are periodically granted limited delegation to represent the director in service area forums.

- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
- This is not a remote position. You will be required to report to the duty station per management.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Experience interpreting and applying agency policies to accomplish administrative program activities that affect the ATO including contributing to the development or enhancement of administrative processes used to accomplish work assignments.
