Salary Range: $120,000 - $148,000. Grade level at the time of appointment is determined by experience and designated level of responsibility.

Qualifications
Ten
(10) or more years of experience analyzing business problems and
developing plans to address issues and concerns in IT-related fieldExperience
gathering requirements for IT development projects by conducting
interviews, requirements gathering sessions, workflow analysis, process
analysis, and translating those inputs into functional and/or technical
requirementsExperience
working with Agile methodologiesExperience
working with UI/UX designers to create workflows, mockups, and wireframesWorking
knowledge of Product Management and Product Owner roles; experience managing
product backlogsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the
superior ability to translate business specifications into user stories,
test cases/acceptance criteria, and training materialsAbility to evaluate information from multiple sources and identify
prioritiesAbility to learn quickly, work under pressure, and grasp both technical
and business-related concepts in a rapidly changing environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Visio, Azure DevOps)
Ideal QualificationsHas a
PMP and/or Agile Product Owner/ScrumMaster certificationsKnowledge
of the federal legislative and law-making processSubmission Requirements
