Duties

The incumbent serves as Data Solutions Platform Manager, a Data Lead responsible for establishing program objectives, make recommendations, plan milestone dates, and track processes and costs throughout the lifecycle of the program. Responsible for programmatic leadership on execution of contract requirement packages, adhering to acquisition governance practices. Responsible for developing and conducting management reviews, decision and information briefings related to acquisition policy, planning and assessment. Responsible for delivering capabilities based upon relevant acquisition strategic goals using DevSecOps principles. Oversees Data Solution processes and data flow analysis activities to evaluate effectiveness of data systems and delivery tools to improve utilization and mission accomplishment. Incumbent oversees contractor support and deliverables ensuring they meet contract requirements. Performs review of contract performance and deliverables, effectively communicating issues and/or needs to leadership. Effectively manages change in priorities and mission sets in a highly dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).
