Duties

Analyze business, organizational and/or operational requirements to support the business needs of stakeholders including the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Department of the Army, Air Force and Navy. Oversee analysts to develop solutions driven by requirements and supported by data to include statistical analysis, research design and decision support in order to improve decision making and business practices at all levels of the organization. Oversee the teams and individuals supporting major service lines, programs, or lines of effort. Oversee performance of statistical studies and complex retrievals of medical data for stakeholders at all levels. Provide consultant services to other organizations requesting complex data extraction and analyses to include Military Health System Mart (M2) or Medical Data Repository (MDR) Data queries and programming questions.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
