Duties
You will apply knowledge of mobile applications such as Maximo Anywhere, Microsoft Office Suite, and other enterprise software solutions.
You will plan, schedule, and execute projects and studies aimed at evaluating and recommend improvements, effectiveness and efficiencies of the assigned functions and processes.
You will use data processing software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar software) to create reports.
You will identify program trends through data analysis and direct the implementation of corrective action plans.
You will plan, direct, control, and administer assigned programs elements and resources in connection with the assigned areas.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing expertise in new application or development to resolve unique problems or issues regarding mobility issues; and 2) Conducting research, summarizing results and making appropriate recommendations based on finding for future improvements; and 3) Utilizing various existing technology tools to query databases and produce reports; and 4) Resolving Maximo application issues such as application resets, application updates, and general application functionality.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may also qualify with the following education:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a field that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position being filled.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a field that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position being filled.
OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
