You will serve as a Supervisory Industrial Integrated Product Team Lead in the Aviation Maintenance/Material Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will ensure that quality, timely, and affordable products are delivered.
You will direct the development of comprehensive product plans to ensure fulfillment of quality, schedule, cost and performance requirements.
You will establish, monitor, and take corrective action to achieve integrated product team (IPT) goals and objectives and accomplish assigned program requirements.
You will manage production of assigned product and mitigates product risks that inhibit the achievement of the strategic goals of the organization.
You will provide direction to all IPT members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product.
You will identify and defend resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.).
You will plan work to be accomplished by IPT and subordinates as well as set and adjust priorities, and oversee the development of schedules for completion of work.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least oone year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Managing the integration of the production efforts such as manufacturing, disassembly, repair, overhaul, assembly, and final test for assigned aircraft, components, engines, and associated product Line; 2) Directing the development of comprehensive product plans to ensure fulfillment of quality, schedule, cost and performance requirements; 3) Synthesizing requirements related to logistics, budget, planning, quality assurance, evaluation, technical engineering, and other functional specialties into integrated strategies and processes to effectively execute production commitments ; 4) Advising senior leadership and colleagues on difficult problems by proposing options and alternatives; 5) Coordinating and/or assigning work assignments to subordinates, based on organizational priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments, and/or capabilities of employees; 6) Functioning as a technical advisor to internal and external contacts on assigned programs and product line; and 7) Supervising and performing official supervisory responsibilities for assigned subordinates.
