Duties
As a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist at the NH-2210-4 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Joint Program Division's Architecture and Integration Branch, ensuring that all architecture and integration-related program activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and technical architecture/integration objectives.
Define and execute the JTMS Data Strategy detailing all aspects of data management and integration for the JTMS program ensuring alignment with USTRANSCOM and DoD Level data governance.
Oversee the design and development of JTMS integration plans and helps the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise implement bridging systems where necessary between the legacy systems and JTMS.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the NH 04 , if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-III or equivalent (GS-13) grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
Perform personnel management activities to include leading teams of personnel from various functions or disciplines, and providing direction or guidance to subordinate employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management.
Create, review, and deliver governance documentation, strategies, road maps, charters, and standards.
Manage workloads of subordinate employees.
Demonstrate experience of DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or similar Architecture Framework.
Demonstrate experience in the application of DoD Data Strategy and policy as well as ability to read data models.
