You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the (NAVSEA 03) Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Program; Cyber Engineering & Digital Transformation Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will lead the development and implementation of Training and Organizational Change Management efforts in support of new logistics Information Technology (IT) capabilities and applications.
You will assist in Acquisition Product Support efforts (Design Interface, Product Support Management, Product Support Strategy development, etc.) for new acquisition IT portfolio.
You will assist in IT portfolio management to include cost, schedule, and performance.
You will have demonstrated experience in the planning, acquisition, and execution of Product Support strategies for shipbuilding or major weapons system programs.
You will formulate technical objectives to support long and short-range performance of logistics products to support delivery of Product Support capability to the Fleet.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating logistical management requirements (e.g., cost, schedule, performance) to support data migration, transition/upgrade of IT capabilities, IT portfolio management, or integrated product support for a shipbuilding or weapons system program.
