Duties
You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership.
You will participate in regular or periodic deficiency reviews, assembles facts, evaluates information, prepares draft reports and answers to correspondence.
You will coordinate findings with other team members, and develop recommendations for improvement or correction of reported conditions.
You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
You will review requests for accuracy and completeness of data.
You will monitor the assignment of residents to available quarters, schedules, and conducts inspections.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing customer service and practices related to daily business operations; 2) Performing standard housing functions such as receiving and processing complaints from residents and demonstrating knowledge of acceptable work associated with repairs, maintenance and housekeeping.

Education
Applicants may qualify based on education in lieu of specialized experience as follow:
Have successfully completed a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
Or
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
