Duties
Determine housing eligibility utilizing criteria contained in existing regulatory instructions and current utilization and occupancy data in order to recommend approval or disapproval.
Conduct housing surveys to identify and report housing deficiencies requiring new construction, renovation, modernization, or other corrective improvements.
Advise housing management on plan to ensure maintenance and repairs are scheduled and completed.
Maintain an automated database for statistical and historical information relating to bachelor housing occupancy, utilization, and maintenance.
Advise management issues and complaints to ensure resolution comply with housing administration procedures.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: KNOWLEDGE OF AGENCY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES AND RELATED GENERAL BUSINESS PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES CONCERNING THE PLANNING, ORGANIZING AND OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF GOVERNMENT OWNED, SUPPORTED, LEASED, RENTED OR PRIVATELY OWNED HOUSING FACILITIES; KNOWLEDGE OF AGENCY FUNDING PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS; Ability TO ANALYZE PROPOSTED EXPENDITURES FOR MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE, OR MODERNIZATION ACTIVITIES BY LOCAL HOUSING AUTHORITIES; SKILL IN PERFORMING REGULAR OR PERIODIC MANAGEMENT AUDITS OF LOCAL HOUSING OPERATIONS TO INCLUDE ADMINISTRATIVE PLANNING, FISCAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING, PROJECT MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS, TENANT OCCUPANCY AND ASSIGNMENT PROCEDURES, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT CONTROLS.
