This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Policy, Accountability and Analytics Division. As a Management Analyst (Human Capital), you will provide advice and consultation on human capital elements of larger initiatives that involve and support the mission of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.

Duties

As a Management Analyst (Human Capital), you will: Identify and justify the allocation of human capital requirements across the Bureau based on strategic objectives as well as conduct comprehensive studies related to significant changes in workforce distribution. Recommend reallocation of existing resources and advise OHR management and senior leadership on appropriate staffing levels and skills mix. Plan, organize, and/or co-lead team projects to develop or evaluate human capital change initiatives. Provide technical assistance and direct support to management in all matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs to meet mission requirements. Plan, develop, and coordinate planning through briefings, presentations, and conferences for executive management.

Requirements

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Conducting analyses to assess the allocation of human capital resources and identifying gaps based on strategic objectives; AND Developing and providing briefings related to workforce planning to executive management. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
