Duties
Manage the development of and reviews the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP), training plan, Major Item Distribution Plan and budget for assigned systems and/or equipment.
Serve as the authority on ILS/Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT) matters involving personnel, budget, financial management and management information systems.
Coordinate and exercise managerial direction over functions to include funding, supply, maintenance, procurement, provisioning, of assigned systems into a logistics management program throughout entire life cycle of assigned system
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Travel away from the duty station (TDY) 25% of the time.
- Must possess, obtain and maintain Level 3 Acquisition Certification in Life Cycle Logistics within 4 years of entrance on duty.
Qualifications
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUE: This is a Defense Acquisition Workforce (AWF) position. The employee must meet the DoDI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the Career Category/Functional Area and the Career Level Certification assigned on the sequenced position Conditions of Employment data fields in the header of the PD/PRD.
Advance Career Level Certification in Life Cycle Logistics Certification must be met within 4 years.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1). Interpreting or reviewing logistics policy/regulatory guidance for all aspects of Life Cycle Integrated Logistics Support (ILS); Utilize software applications (automation tools) to design and generate reports/schedules, briefing material and documentation to brief leadership on recommendations.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
