You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Research & Development Group, Weapons & Energetics Dept, Ordnance Test & Eval Div of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will be responsible for the on-site technical direction, management, and coordination of Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division resources and tasking in support of ALTF operations.
You will act as the primary point of contact for Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division at the Above-Ground Launch Test Facility (ALTF).
You will communicate and collaborate with OT/E management to develop and execute plans and strategies in response to short- and long-range requirements.
You will prepare budgets, procurement plans, short- and long-range schedules, technical reports, and other documentation required by OT/E management in support of ALTF operations.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Launching test system design, testing, and analysis, preferably across numerous weapons programs.; 2) Leading teams executing technical and/or programmatic tasking; 3) Training and developing junior and/or journey-level employees; 4) Demonstrating knowledge of state-of-the-art test hardware and software technologies, proper test processes, and test system design, verification, and qualification; 5) Developing technology goals in the field of test system and process development.
