About the Position: Serve under the supervision of the branch chief who relies on the incumbent to develop a plan and accomplish the work with a marked degree of professional independence and technical authority.

Duties
Managing and facilitating information gathering to analyze and present strategic installation facility investment options.
Managing and facilitating information gathering to analyze and present strategic installation facility investment options.
Applying analytic techniques, decision, analysis and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to strategic planning and performance measurement and assessment issues.
Overseeing the integration of separate functions to strategic planning.
Analyzing impact of stationing on installation functions and organizations and on the local community.
Planning and developing facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization, and demolition (SRM+D) requirements and programming recommendations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance.
- THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing real property data; analyzing facilities for modernization; and implementing resource policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service.
