About the Position: This position is located in the Directorate of Public Works Business Operations Division at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA.
Duties
Manage Individual Job Orders (IJO) assigned to an in-house workforce.
Schedule work through coordination of real property work authorization documents.
Monitor Work Authorization Documents such as Service Orders (SO), IJOs and Standard Operating Orders (SOO) on a daily basis.
Procure supplies and services utilizing a Government Purchase Card (GPC).
Serve as Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for supply and services contracts.
Assist with the tracking of real property expenditures against the planned budget.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Must submit an OGE-450 Financial Disclosure statement upon appointment and annually thereafter.
- Must obtain and maintain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) planning real property maintenance activities such as construction, repair, and renovations; 2) gathering cost data for budget development, 3) maintaining supply acquisition or purchase records in an automated system; AND 4) tracking material and labor costs for projects using an automated spreadsheet program.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such with a major study in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
