About the Position: This position is within the Directorate of Public Works Division located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA.

Duties

Conduct surveillance over performed in-house and out contractors, project plans, and mission assignments. Provide oversight regarding the organizations Facilities Management programs. Evaluate project submissions and consolidate into a comprehensive internal and external master plan. Develop policy and guidance in support of major business operation programs.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• This is a mission essential position and may require shift work and/or work on rotating shifts to provide coverage in the evenings, weekends, holidays and other situations.
• Must submit an OGE-450 Financial Disclosure statement upon entry, and annually thereafter.
• One-year supervisory probationary period is required, unless previously completed.
• One-year probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
