You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Technology Development Support, Advanced Sensor Technologies (AST) Program Office of NSMA.
Duties
You will manage projects/contracts beginning with requirements definition, and through initiation, execution, Government/Fleet delivery and close out.
You will recommend, analyze and manage major changes to program structure.
You will collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop budget execution plans and monitor program performance to those plans, elevating divergence to IPT (Integrated Product Team ) leadership as appropriate.
You will integrate, prepare, develop, and assess the executive-level decision making and briefing materials for program matters.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing a mastery of and expert skill in applying complex fact finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques and in presenting findings in an accurate, conclusive, and persuasive manner. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Manage projects/contracts beginning with requirements definition, and through initiation, execution, Government/Fleet delivery and close out; 2) Recommend, analyze and manage major changes to program structure as directed; 3) Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop budget execution plans and monitor program performance to those plans, elevating divergence to IPT leadership as appropriate; and 4) Integrate, prepare, develop, and assess the executive-level decision making and briefing materials for program matters.
