Duties

You will provide cradle to grave support to include project scope, development of plan of actions with milestones, coordination with stakeholders, and decision memorandums. You will oversee the manpower budgeting actions and the Planning, Programing, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process. You will draft, coordinate, and maintain policies for assigned projects. You will advise internal and external customers, coordinate resolutions, and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
  • You must acknowledge in writing that you are accepting an appointment in the excepted service which does not confer competitive status, prior to appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting analysis in order to implement innovative changes; 2) Managing complex projects for senior leaders; 3) Writing policies, procedures, guidelines, and implementing new tools; 4) Applying proficient oral and written communication skills to develop and provide training; 5) Resolving issues quickly and thoroughly; and 6) Performing routine budget administration functions in the review, formulation, execution, justification, and presentation of assigned budget areas.
