Duties
You will gather information; organize and maintain information or information management systems, and determine its importance and accuracy, and communicate it by a variety of methods.
You will convey written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
You will express thoughts persuasively and uses effective modes to reinforce message retention.
You will demonstrate ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues (to include sensitive or controversial topics) before a wide range of audiences and makes clear and convincing oral presentations.
You will Identify and analyze problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives or solutions.
You will make recommendations, based on potential implications of findings or conclusions and critically evaluates to identify the causes of problems, and chooses courses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders.
You will Inspire and foster team commitment, spirit, pride, and trust. Facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with planning and performing a variety of administrative and program management functions and providing or ensuring such services as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel and
using word processing, spreadsheet and database software to prepare documents and to enter, revise, manipulate, sort, calculate, store and retrieve data.
GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Education
GS-09: master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
GS-07:1 full year of graduate level education
or
