This position is located in Field Operations Directorate, Office of Field Operations,Investor Program Office (IPO), Strategy and Communications (ISC) Division. As an Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will oversee and manage the establishment, implementation and progress of the IPO Strategy and Communication Division..

Duties

Oversee and direct the Immigrant Investor Program Office (IPO) Strategy and Communications (ISC) and Compliance Divisions, and ensure cohesive application of EB-5 regulations, policies, and procedures. Provide administrative direction as well as oversight and coordination of subordinate work over the compliance review program as well as communications and policy support positions. Oversee the development of correspondence, memoranda, briefings, announcements, or other documents relevant to IPO compliance, communications, and policy issues. Represent IPO Strategy and Communications (ISC) in, collaborative meetings with officials from USCIS, DHS, Congress, and other government agencies to draft and execute procedures and policies.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/13/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 11/13/2024. GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Overseeing the development of policies, laws, regulations, and operating procedures related to an immigration program, to include researching and analyzing current regulations and precedent setting cases. Making recommendations to agency senior executive leadership and implementing national policy serving as the basis for new systems, legislations, regulations, or programs related to immigration programs. Managing and/or implementing a regulatory compliance program. Providing guidance and performance expectations to employees to encourage career growth and advancement and developing and motivating employees to enhance organization excellence.
