Duties
You will use the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to prepare and approve financial transactions
You will extract data from Navy databases to analyze trends and make conclusions or recommendations
You will monitor execution data across the CNIC enterprise, prepare phasing plans, and coordinate with subordinate commands
You will input data, improve processes, and conduct training to ensure standardization
You will act as a Contracting Officer Representative for several HQ CNIC contracts
You will review and approve projects in Navy databases to support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data collection process
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in financial management, specialized financial training, or certification 2) Generating and tracking financial transactions, coordinating with program managers and subordinate commands; 3) Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Environmental Program Requirements (EPRWeb), Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint; 4) Business process standardization, documenting command business processes and conducting training; 5) Experience with Navy and DoD Environmental Programs; 6) Experience managing contracts.
