This position is located within Network and Support Engineering (TENN), Systems Engineering (TEN), Engineering and Technical Services (TE), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
A successful candidate is responsible for producing detailed telecommunication circuit designs and technical leadership and construction support related to circuit design activities directly supporting the control and protection of the Bulk Electric System.

- This position does not support remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 3 days per pay period
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in 1) evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, or requirements that demonstrate knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology and 2) producing detailed telecommunication circuit designs and technical support related to circuit design activities directly supporting the control and protection of the Bulk Electric System.
