About the Position: This position is located with the Army Sustainment Command, 404th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Fort McCoy, WI

Duties

Plan, direct, coordinate and manage all actions concerned with the operation and conduct of the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC). Execute supervisory responsibilities for assigned subordinate personnel. Direct and supervise the use of the Army logistics information system, (i.e. Global Combat Service Support – Army (GCSS-Army) to accomplish production control section missions. Manage all supply transactions, and tracks all supply, repair parts, and labor costs. Prepare and present maintenance reports, reviews and and/or determines effectiveness of applicable management information systems such as GCSS-Army.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Background Investigation is required.
  • Temporary duty travel of 10% may be required.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
