You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Electrical Division-C950, Production Resources Department of Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).
Duties
You will conduct studies that require written reports, charts, graphs, and briefings for the process and functions of the Production Resource Department.
You will oversee and coordinate special projects or other ad hoc assignments.
You will carry out analysis of collected data, identify work and shop processes shortcomings, and recommend solutions that result in positive impact and overall improvements.
You will be improving work processes by participating in audits, briefings, presentations, and serving on process improvement teams.
You will conduct analytical studies to obtain facts to guide and support supervisors and shop superintendents.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating administrative programs to conduct analytical studies and recommend solutions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
