SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, NQ-03 pay band or GS-14 or equivalent in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of radiological and environmental controls, deactivation programs, and Building Code Requirements in order to sufficiently analyze and evaluate contractor performance and compliance and to manage related program area. Time-In-Grade/Pay Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. For an NQ-04 position you must have served 52 weeks at an NQ-03 or GS-14 level or equivalent. The grade/pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade/pay band, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates the one-year time-in-grade/pay band requirement has been met.
