Duties
Manage of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics programs.
Review, analyze and execute program activities.
Plan and conduct program level meetings, to include working groups and program management reviews.
Maintain production status for deliveries to keep stakeholders apprised of interface problems.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Financial Disclosure OGE 450 upon appointment and annually.
- Obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
- Obtain and maintain acquisition certification, Life Cycle Logistics, Advanced, within 4 years of job entry.
- Travel requirement of 25% CONUS and OCONUS.
- This is a Security Cooperation position and requires Basic certification with two years of assignment.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience: executing the requirements of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs and Cases which include logistics core functions; management, program management, financial management and reviews to identify problems, necessary resource adjustments, or program schedule revisions and adjustments; coordinating short- and long-range international program execution plans; and assuring appropriate utilization of foreign customer funds. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
