You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the Global Deterrence Defense Dept (GX), Project Management Branch (GXDN) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary for the NT-05 position may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will establish and implement corporate objectives, identify customer requirements, establish clear and achievable objectives, and tracking and reporting of project status within assigned PIN.
You will identify trends and recommend necessary actions to resolve current or potential performance, resource and/or funding problems.
You will be responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closeout of an assigned portfolio of projects.
You will participate in workload, technical capabilities, strategic and other planning development activities with the Customer Advocate, Chief Strategist, and ensure compliance with 5000-Ser ED-Cost Estimating Guidance for NAVSEA Warfare Centers.
You will ensure cost estimates, definitive tasking, and SOWs are clearly defined between Crane and the customer relative to cost, quality, and schedule.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations.
