You will serve as a MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE in the NAVY RECRUITNG CMD located in Millington, TN.
Duties
You will support the assigned customers in marketing and advertising job opportunities.
You will compare and evaluate methods, procedures, and practices as they affect the area of marketing and advertising.
You will develop and disseminate local advertising policy and guidance in accordance with current policy and instructions.
You will utilize budget/fiscal practices and procedures to assure proper disbursement and execution of federal appropriated funds associated with Marketing and Adverting.
You will identify and collect data required to meet program information requirements.
You will conduct training and perform assisted visits to work with military and civilian staff, recruiters, and recruiting program managers to evaluate and provide advice on program effectiveness.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of advertising, marketing and/or public relations to provide guidance and evaluate related programs; 2) Assisting in planning and coordinating events in accordance with federal and local advertising/marketing policies; 3) Participating in the utilization of social media platforms to support marketing and advertising of professional events or projects (e.g., job fairs, recruiting); and 4) Preparing reports, briefings and reports to convey statistical, narrative and budget information and status associated with assigned programs.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
