The position is in the Office of Civil Rights (HCR) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The incumbent serves as Supervisor and national expert on the Federal aid Highway Disadvantage Business Enterprise program (DBE), Contractor Compliance program and other related civil rights, laws, regulations, and Executive Orders.

Qualifications

To qualify for the GS-15, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include:
Experience providing advice, guidance and/or conducting reviews of the compliance of Civil Rights programs in areas such as compliance of the Disadvantage Business Enterprise, On the Job Training Program, and innovative contracting practices.
Experience planning, conducting, and/or evaluating policies and/or long-range programs.
