About the Position: Serves as the USAQMS Manager for Structured Manning Decision Review (SMDR) and Training Resource Arbitration Panel (TRAP) actions as they occur. Analyzes impact on resources of proposed changes from an installation perspective. Makes recommendations to the command based on a broad range of experience and knowledge of Department of the Army (DA) and Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) policies and programs relative to USAQMC&S organizations.

Duties

Serve as the QMS Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) Manager. Establish timelines for organization elements within the Quartermaster School. Serve as the USAQMS manager for all resourcing matters pertaining to the annual SMDR (Structure Manning Decision Review). Establish overall milestones and conducting meetings for an organization. Make recommendations to the command based on a broad range of experience in matters pertaining to DA and TRADOC policy.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
