Duties

You will conduct liaison with employees, managers, and various other individuals as required. Researches, collects, reviews, interprets, evaluates, and integrates data from multiple sources. You will provide dedicated, centralized, long term program and budget expertise essential for supporting critical programs. You will identify organizational, financial, and technical factors impacting program performance, creates and maintains performance measurements, tracking systems, and evaluation tools for managers and supervisors. You will review and evaluate completed staff actions (to include memos, and correspondence, and reports, etc.) for the overall quality of the document, appropriate levels of coordination, consistency, logic, and compliance. You will be responsible and involved in all actions related to planning, programming, and budgeting funding for multiple field offices under their geographic region. You will create and maintain manuals, procedures, statistical spreadsheet/databases, graphics, and/or other tools as appropriate to satisfy needs.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience maintaining and monitoring procedural changes, statistical spreadsheets/databases, and graphics to reconcile and track travel expenditures and organizational manpower changes; experience approving the funding for acquisition of services supplies, equipment, contracts, and travel; and experience preparing and communicating written products and correspondence for program evaluations and compliance with policies. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with approving the funding for acquisition of services supplies, equipment, contracts, travel; experience collecting and analyzing information to provide recommendation on program performance issues; and experience maintaining data to forecast current and future program requirements.
