Duty Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Duties
Serves as an integral member of the Albuquerque Area Office management and leadership team.
Manages the division's physical security plan and develops and executes a full range of human resources (HR) program activities for the Albuquerque Area Office.
Implements the programming and budgeting requirements for the Administrative Services Group and establishes and manages overall administrative policies.
Manages the full range of property, procurement, and support services activities for the organization.
Oversees and directs the operations and activities of employees carrying out the work of the Administrative Services Group.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying:
GS-12: Specialized Experience:
Applicants must have one full year of experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing 3 of the 5 following: 1) providing substantive administrative advice for decisions affecting a wide range of activities; 2) conducting analyses of administrative methods, procedures, and practices; 3) develops and executes a full range of human resources (HR) programs; 4) implementing the programming and budgeting requirements; 5) directing the operations and activities of employees.
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
Applicants eligible under the Land Management Workforce Flexibility Act (LMWFA) are not required to meet time-in-grade restrictions in order to be considered.

One year of specialized experience is equivalent to 12 months at 40 hours per week. Part-time hours are prorated. You will not receive any credit for experience that does not indicate exact hours per week or is listed as "varies".
