You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER in the MARINE DEPOT MAINTENANCE COMMAND of MCLC ALBANY GA.
Duties
You will program management duties as the for both MDMC Production Plant Albany and Production Plant Barstow on all types of projects related to design, development, scheduling, production, maintenance, research, and financial oversight.
You will coordinate the development of the Master Work Schedule (MWS) for the Plant ensuring effective utilization of available resource capacity.
You will use the Master Scheduling Support Tool (MSST), and Navy ERP (the financial system of record) to schedule, monitor production and financial execution at the respective Production Plant.
You will coordinate the execution of maintenance/fabrication, programs/projects for Ground Combat and Combat Support Equipment in the Marine Corps inventory.
You will review and study technical source documentation, contractual requirements, Memorandums of Agreements (MOA), Request for Proposals (RFP), Letters of Instruction (LOI), Statements of Work (SOW), and specific requirements.
You will Identify potential customer/workloads through available resources such as internet, conferences, program reviews and initiates contact.
You will serve as POC with all customers concerning Statements of Work (SOW), cost estimates, production schedules, expedites of Master Work Schedules production line
You will provide input for short- and long-term planning for supporting Marine Depot Maintenance Commands mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
You will ensure financial status is monitored at both Production Plants on all MWS lines using Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, Navy-ERP, and MSST.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: comprehensive and practical knowledge of production methods, material management principles, funding policy's/guidelines, quality assurances, maintenance concepts and techniques; thoroughly understand the principles and techniques of planning, estimating, funding, scheduling, parts procurement as it applies to production operations in an industrial organization; Must be able to make decisions that often require adaptation/deviation from established procedures, policies, and managerial practices.
