Duties
You will recommend moving and adjusting manpower to support the Team's operation, obtaining material on priority basis to alleviate work stoppages, and supporting urgent shipment to the Fleet Marine Force and other customers.
You will provide cost estimates for accomplishments of the work when necessary.
You will evaluate the Master Work Schedule (MWS) and other customer requirements to determine/develop fixed price or cost reimbursable estimates (labor and material) required to accomplish the job.
You will utilize various software databases, maintain continuous cognizance of jobs in progress through personal observation, and analyze weekly management reports.
You will advise supervisors of funding requirements, coordinates the movement of assets, and prepares and releases the shop order.
You will be occasionally required to visit other Government Installations for the purpose of technical inspection and evaluation of equipment to prepare cost estimates.
You will design and develop charts, graphs, text, and drawings for briefings and presentations.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver?s license.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Distributing and balancing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and daily workload schedules and considering the status of work, priorities, special projects, availability of materials, equipment, man-hours, technical data, and requirements; to include reviewing and studying technical source documentations, contractual requirements, and specifications to determine capabilities of manpower and assets.
