This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office Services Division and serves as an Administrative Operations Assistant performing a full range of work activities of the division. The position requires flexibility in work schedule. May work on weekends and holidays as required. Must possess and maintain a valid D.C. or state driver's license.

Qualifications
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Candidates for the GS-06 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience is defined as having experience in the following:
(1) Operating and performing minor maintenance on a motor vehicle used to deliver and pick up mail and transport equipment throughout the Capitol Complex.
(2) Tracking property, supplies and inventory in an automated system.
(3) Assisting with copying, reproduction, and distribution of forms and documents.
