You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Administrative Services Division (Code 1140) of the Executive Support Staff Department (Code 1100) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Duties
You will be responsible for overseeing command-wide administrative programs.
You will read, analyze and interpret regulations and procedures; resolve gaps and specificity in guidelines, provide findings, and recommend and execute courses of action.
You will keep your supervisor informed of requirements, determine administrative needs, and take action to ensure requirements are met.
You will provide statistical evaluation, analysis, and recommendations based on program-related data provided internally and/or externally.
You will conduct program studies and surveys to analyze and recommend new program initiatives, program trends and program failures.
You will research and analyze key references from the Department of Navy, Naval Sea Systems, and US Pacific Fleet to understand and apply administrative rules and regulations, determine applicability and provide accurate advisories.
Requirements

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: collecting, organizing, and summarizing numerical data with ability to analyze and interpret data utilizing a variety of methods and techniques to evaluate program requirements, make recommendations, and improve efficiencies and products with knowledge of various federal performance programs, policies, principles, and procedures (i.e., DoD Performance Management and Appraisals Program, Awards Programs, etc.) and familiar with job relevant information systems and/or software applications.
