You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the Administrative Division of the Training Support Department, located at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Panama City, Florida. of NAVDIVESALVTRCEN.
Duties
You will coordinate and develops new or revised management directives/regulations, implementing command and higher echelon directives and regulations applying to the administrative arena.
You will provide coordination of internal and external investigations and audits.
You will coordinate with supervisor and obtains additional information as needed. Ensures follow-up and completion of taskers.
You will review an employee's performance to recommend training needs, performance improvement, or awards.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze the effectiveness of administrative support for an organization and recommend corrective measures; 2) Review all administrative correspondence and documents to ensure they are in accordance with establised standards; 3) Review, monitor and manage incoming administrative taskers and follow up until taskers are completed ; and 4) Perform administrative services to include organizing special events such as promotion and re-enlistment ceremonies; 5) Knowledge of the Navy personnel Evaluation and Fitness Report processes and using automated evaluation process i.e. eNAVFIT. 6) Knowledge and experience in the awards process using an automated awards program i.e. NDAWS.
