You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Marine Corps Training Systems Branch of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION.
Duties
You will be responsible for the review of contractor and government prepared Integrated Product Support (IPS) products to ensure compliance with industry and DoD regulations, requirements, and best practices for acquisition and sustainment programs.
You will advise others based on your expert knowledge, skills, and abilities in the application of Integrated Product Support principles, concepts and methodologies to a variety of difficult and complex Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) projects.
You will develop Integrated Product Support (IPS) master schedules while implementing them into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for both acquisition and sustainment programs across our command’s mission areas.
You will provide expert ILS related advice to resolve difficult or precedent setting issues.
You will provide leadership in meeting program requirements, monitoring test execution, leading Support IPS teams, and maintain quality and rigor to fulfill program objectives across command's mission areas.
You will lead, coordinate and collaborate with in-house or external teams while providing effective written and oral communication regarding Integrated Product Support (IPS) for both acquisition and sustainment programs.
You will provide coaching, mentoring, and leading personnel to bring out their full potential and develop future leaders within the competency of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for both acquisition and sustainment programs.
You will be responsible for developing, reviewing, formulating and executing budgets for assigned Integrated Product Support (IPS) efforts.
You will track budget execution in Navy ERP and other financial tools working with customers and project personnel assigned across our command’s mission areas.

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
FOR NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience applyling integrated logistics principles to support the acquisition and life cycle management of Naval warfare systems.
